Essential Link Modules

2010 Edition .Essential Link Modules identifies and comprehensively covers all 93 specific learning outcomes (SLOs) as specified in the LCVP syllabus. Exam papers are included, so that students can become familiar with the exam layout and the types of questions that are likely to appear. The tasks at the end of each of the eight units give students the opportunity to test themselves on what they have learned. There is a separate section on portfolio guidelines which outlines clearly what students are expected to produce. This is a complete textbook for the Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme that prepares students for all aspects of the examination and strives to help students to achieve the aims of the LCVP by providing the information needed to 'take responsibilty for their own learning'.
